Joy Through Barefoot Dancing
This week, a conversation left me feeling drained. To release the negativity, I went to a nearby park and danced freely, a routine that often grounds me and brings inner joy.
While dancing in the moment, I spotted a guy walking barefoot on the grass. It inspired me to dance barefoot too.
When I got back home, I was filled with immense happiness. The direct touch of the ground enhanced the depth of my practice significantly and elevated my sense of well-being.
